Designing Loyalty Experience for E-commerce
Designing the loyalty program for a beauty e-commerce brand was a standout project, proving the adage that good things take time. Over six months, we meticulously refined every aspect, ensuring it met the highest standards. The two-month design phase involved a dedicated team of two. We're incredibly proud of the final result and how seamlessly it aligns with our vision.



Crafting new ways to shop Online
Designed Looks Studio, a VR-enabled solution, has become a resounding success among users. This innovative feature has greatly enhanced user engagement, leading to a significant increase in conversions. True to its name, Looks Studio enables users to virtually try on products before purchasing, offering a realistic preview of how the products will look on them.

I had the opportunity to lead an exciting project called Tribe—an influencer-led program targeting a unique group of users sharing the tribe's values and lifestyle. Our focus was capturing the vibrant spirit of tribe members, known for their playfulness and joyfulness. With an omnichannel approach, we immersed users in the brand's bold visual language, making it stand out across various platforms

The personalisation project stands out as one of the most captivating endeavors I've undertaken to date. Collaborating with the Google Analytics team and Dynamic Yield, we embarked on a journey of experimentation, testing multiple scenarios to enhance user experiences. The iterative process of design and testing kept me constantly engaged and on my toes, ensuring that we were consistently refining our approach. The tangible impact our efforts had on the organization was significant, making it a rewarding and fulfilling experience.

Pre-order a EV online
Crafted an innovative pre-order kiosk application tailored for offline digital engagement, implementing an omnichannel approach. This user-friendly platform enables seamless vehicle pre-orders while providing comprehensive financial details. Notably, it incorporates a unique environmental calculator, allowing users to assess their carbon footprint
